Shipping policy
Last Updated: August 14, 2026
At Cloth & Eden, we work to ensure that your order is prepared and shipped safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our store.
By placing an order, you agree to the shipping conditions described below, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable law.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
After placing an order, our team typically requires 1–3 business days to process it.
During this period, we may:
-
Verify your order information.
-
Verify shipping details.
-
Confirm product availability.
-
Prepare and package your order.
-
Perform necessary internal checks.
-
Hand the package over to the applicable carrier.
The 1–3 business days of processing are NOT included in the estimated delivery time.
Therefore, the total time from placing your order until receiving it may be longer than the stated transportation timeframe.
During periods of high demand, promotions, product launches, holiday seasons, or exceptional operational circumstances, processing may require additional time.
2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, estimated transit times are:
Most locations:
7–10 business days.
Certain locations or areas requiring special coverage:
10–14 business days.
These timeframes are estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, shipping route, and external circumstances.
For this reason, we recommend considering the full estimated delivery range before placing an order.
3. DELIVERY TIME IS NOT A GUARANTEE
Cloth & Eden works to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, but we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
A delay within the logistics chain does not automatically mean that an order is considered lost or that a refund is owed.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances that we do not directly control, including:
-
Carrier delays.
-
High order volumes.
-
Holiday seasons.
-
Weather conditions.
-
Transportation issues.
-
Inspections.
-
Customs.
-
Distribution center delays.
-
Public holidays.
-
Infrastructure problems.
-
Restrictions affecting certain areas.
-
Incorrect information provided by the customer.
-
Force majeure events.
When an external delay occurs, we will work to provide available information and assist in locating the order.
4. BUSINESS DAYS AND WEEKENDS
The delivery timeframes stated in this policy are expressed in business days, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Weekends and certain public holidays may not count as business days for processing or transit purposes.
Delivery times may vary depending on the country, region, and carrier used.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs may depend on the destination, order size, available promotions, and other factors applicable at the time of purchase.
Our store may currently offer:
-
$5 USD shipping.
-
Free shipping on orders over $35 USD, when such promotion is available and its conditions are met.
Free shipping promotions may be changed, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.
The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before the purchase is completed.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for providing a shipping address that is:
-
Correct.
-
Complete.
-
Current.
-
Valid for receiving packages.
Please carefully review all information before completing your purchase.
Cloth & Eden will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returns to sender, or additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If a package must be reshipped because of incorrect information provided by the customer, we may require payment of the additional shipping costs before reshipping the order.
7. ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to change your delivery address, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
A request to change the shipping address does not guarantee that we will be able to make the change.
Once an order has been processed, packaged, or handed over to the carrier, we may no longer be able to modify the address.
If the order has already shipped, any address change will depend on the options available through the carrier.
Additional costs resulting from customer-requested address changes may be the customer's responsibility.
8. ORDER TRACKING
When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
The tracking number allows you to check the progress of your shipment through the carrier's tracking system.
Tracking information may take some time to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the package has been lost.
In some cases, several days may pass before the carrier records a new tracking update.
9. PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
If the carrier indicates that a package was delivered, Cloth & Eden may consider that information as evidence of the delivery status while any reported issue is being investigated.
If you cannot locate a package marked as delivered, we recommend that you:
-
Carefully verify the shipping address provided.
-
Check common delivery locations around your property.
-
Ask family members, neighbors, or authorized recipients.
-
Check whether the carrier left the package in an alternative location.
-
Contact the carrier using the tracking information provided.
You may also contact us so that we can review the available information.
We may request additional information before making a determination regarding a package marked as delivered.
10. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If the carrier is unable to deliver the order because of:
-
Recipient absence.
-
Incorrect address.
-
Incomplete address.
-
Inability to access the delivery location.
-
Package refusal.
-
Unavailability to receive the package.
-
Problems with information provided by the customer.
the package may be held, returned to the sender, or subject to another delivery attempt, depending on the carrier.
If the package is returned because of a circumstance attributable to the customer, we may require payment of reshipping costs before sending the order again.
11. REFUSED PACKAGES
If the customer voluntarily refuses a package without prior authorization from Cloth & Eden, the order may be returned to the sender.
In such cases, refusing the package does not automatically constitute an order cancellation or guarantee a refund.
The situation will be reviewed according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Shipping, return, or other applicable costs may be deducted where legally permitted.
12. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If a package experiences a significant delay or appears to be lost, we may investigate the shipment with the applicable carrier.
The investigation process may take time because it depends on the carrier's information and procedures.
We will not automatically issue a refund simply because tracking information has not been updated for a short period of time.
We may first request additional information and, when appropriate, wait for the carrier's investigation to be completed.
If the carrier confirms that the package was lost and a resolution is required under applicable law and our policies, we will determine the appropriate resolution.
13. CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL TAXES
International orders may be subject to:
-
Taxes.
-
Tariffs.
-
Import duties.
-
Customs fees.
-
Local taxes.
-
Administrative charges.
-
Carrier handling fees.
When such charges are the buyer's responsibility under the laws of the destination country, the customer is responsible for paying them, unless we expressly state otherwise.
Cloth & Eden does not control the decisions, inspections, fees, or processing times of customs authorities.
Delays caused by customs are outside our control and do not automatically constitute a failure to meet the estimated delivery timeframe.
14. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
When placing an international order, you acknowledge that transportation conditions may vary significantly depending on the destination country.
An order may experience additional delays due to:
-
Customs.
-
Import regulations.
-
Inspections.
-
Local restrictions.
-
Domestic carriers.
-
Changes in transportation routes.
We cannot guarantee that all international orders will arrive within the same timeframe.
15. MULTI-ITEM ORDERS
When an order contains multiple products, items may be processed or shipped according to availability and logistics.
In certain circumstances, products from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Receiving one package does not necessarily mean that all items in the order have been delivered.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, additional tracking information may be provided when available.
16. ORDERS WITH INCORRECT INFORMATION
If the information provided during checkout is incorrect, we may attempt to contact you to correct it.
However, we do not guarantee that we will be able to modify information after an order has been processed or shipped.
If we are unable to complete delivery because of incorrect information provided by the customer, any additional reshipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
17. ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS
Requests to cancel or modify an order should be submitted as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.
If the order has already shipped, any return must be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped.
18. DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
We recommend inspecting your package and products immediately after delivery.
If a product appears to have arrived damaged, you should contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of:
-
The product.
-
The damage.
-
The internal packaging.
-
The external packaging.
-
Product tags.
-
Order number.
The information provided may be used to investigate the issue with the carrier and determine the appropriate resolution.
Damage caused after delivery through use, washing, handling, accidents, or any other action by the customer is not automatically considered shipping damage.
19. EVIDENCE AND DOCUMENTATION
To investigate certain shipping issues, Cloth & Eden may request:
-
Photographs.
-
Videos.
-
Tracking number.
-
Order number.
-
Address confirmation.
-
Carrier information.
-
Additional delivery-related information.
Failure to provide sufficient information may limit our ability to investigate a claim.
This does not eliminate any consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
20. CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, certain aspects of the transportation process are outside Cloth & Eden's direct control.
This includes certain delays, routes, scans, delivery attempts, and internal carrier procedures.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist when a problem occurs, but we cannot control the internal operations of third-party shipping providers.
21. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Cloth & Eden will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Our Return & Refund Policy.

Carrier investigation, when applicable.
